The small moments that help us feel like ourselves again

It’s rarely the big, dramatic changes that make the difference. More often, it’s the small moments.

Lighting incense at the end of the day. Sitting quietly for a few minutes before bed. Letting sound fill the room and soften your thoughts. Taking a breath before moving on to the next thing.

These moments help bring us back into our bodies. They remind us that we’re more than what we do or produce.

Creating space for these moments, whether alone or with others, helps build a sense of safety and steadiness over time.

This is why I love working both 1:1 and in group settings. The environment, the pace, and the intention all matter. When people feel supported, even small pauses can feel meaningful.

If you’d like support creating more of these moments, you can explore my 1:1 Slow Down Sessions or bring a group experience into your workplace or community.
